As soon as we arrived, we were given a warm welcome. Thank you very much Mr. Eckert, the manager. The facilities are fabulous, such as the jacuzzi with a view of the Matterhorn, the terrace with a view of the village of Zermatt. Breakfast is delicious. Probably we'll go back there.

The hotel had air-conditioned and beautifully decorated rooms. The venue had a picturesque and best possible location minutes from Walk of Climb. It was just a 5-minute walk to downtown. Thank you very much for the excellent service you offered me, including the shuttle to the ski lifts.

The rooms were high quality and contemporary, had smoke detectors for safety. It boasted spectacular views of the mountain. Location: the hotel was very close to a mountain which has fabulous views of the Town of Zermatt and the iconic, Matterhorn mountain, and seeing the Matterhorn again soon. The personalized service and shuttle to the ski lifts far exceeded our expectations.
